One more example of how a dying city in a recession-ridden country can't support the arts. I still await the day that the arts crowd wakes up and realizes that only a prosperous, wealth-creating, capitalist society can support their hobby in the style they'd become accustomed to. Subsidies are great, but, sooner or later, the government runs out of other people's money.
